Our Heart Coherence as a Life skills set for pupils, classroom based learning program, supports children to understand how the heart works and how to create new habits for a healthier life.  Our little humans are growing up in a highly changing, fast-paced and complex world. At the Heartist & Co, we think, teaching social and emotional learning skills is not only important but vital to rebalance and fully support the other areas of the Curriculum. 

Throughout this program, children will learn how to recognize and understand their emotions and how to clearly make a difference between empowering and depleting states of being.  Many people, adults,  do not know how to intentionally create the emotional states they want. Imagine, if you could have learnt a powerful way to recognize and replace stress by compassion, openness or love when you were six, eleven or seventeen year old. How would it change your life and the perception of it? 

This training empowers children to understand and take charge of their thoughts, feelings and actions. Taking responsibility will also lead them to create a smarter decision making process and a greater self-control.

We recognize that every child is different so, the teaching happens on multiple levels. We inspire children to take this journey of exploration through sensorial and cognitive learning. We work directly in the classroom with the pupils usually on a weekly basis. 

Our teaching modele is based on four steps we apply in learning loops:

  • Demonstrate and explain

  • Experiment and create a space to connect mind to body

  • Discuss and open ended questioning

  • Lead to independence: we want for all children to be able to charge and take the lead in their own life.

Organisation : 

Usually 6-12 on site or online sessions with pupils

2 feedback sessions half way and at the end of the process with the teachers

Customised, adaptable to any age group between 3 and 17 year old.
